SUMMER ENRICHMENT COURSES
2026

The Writer's Toolbox: Creative Writing Workshop

In this week-long creative writing course, we’ll explore the essential skills that make up a writer’s toolbox, including imagery, setting, plotting, and revising, focusing on how to get the most out of every word on the page. While our primary goal will be composing rich, imaginative writing pieces, we’ll also spend some time on foundational grammar skills, especially considering how attention to small details such as punctuation and syntax can have a big impact on our writing.

Makeup Policy:
Please note that the structure of our group classes follows a set schedule, and we are unable to offer prorated fees or refunds for missed sessions/absences. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all students enrolled, as the course fees cover not only the instruction time but also the preparation, materials, and resources made available to each student, regardless of attendance.

We unfortunately do not have the ability to offer a makeup session. That being said, we will gladly provide students with all the materials from the missed session (lesson presentation slides, homework, etc.) to help them stay on track and catch up with the rest of the class.
