Avoid the Summer Slide! Keep SHSAT skills sharp this summer with our 5-Day Summer Intensive Workshop, a program designed for both continuing students and newcomers looking to boost their test performance ahead of the Fall 2026 exam.
As students prepare for the new digital, computer-adaptive SHSAT launching in Fall 2026—a major shift in how the exam is administered—our Summer Intensive ensures they stay current with updated strategies and skill-building aligned with the revised format.
This course is a strong starting point for students beginning their SHSAT prep in the summer, while also offering meaningful next steps for those continuing from our Winter or Spring sessions. Returning students will work with new materials, including a different prep book than those used in earlier courses, to reinforce key strategies and continue building skills without unnecessary repetition. Instruction focuses on core content, format-specific strategies, and targeted practice aligned with the new digital SHSAT, including navigation techniques and tech-enhanced items (TEIs).
The Summer Intensive also helps set the stage for the fall portion of our SHSAT prep program, including both the Final Countdown and Comprehensive courses, where students will move into more advanced strategy work and full-scale test readiness.
Each 5-Day Workshop includes:
15 hours of expert instruction
1 full-length, proctored digital mock exam, administered in-person and featuring TEIs
A detailed score report to help guide next steps
A Summer Study Guide for ongoing independent review
Flexible scheduling: multiple sessions available throughout the summer

The curriculum is the same for each week. We recommend enrolling in only one Summer Intensive week to avoid repetition.

If you notify us a month before the class begins, you can apply for a 100% credit on your account for a future enrollment, or a 75% refund.
If you notify us up to two weeks before the class begins, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a future registration, or 50% refund.
One week before the class begins, we cannot make adjustments or offer credits
