Avoid the Summer Slide! Keep SHSAT skills sharp this summer with our Online Summer Intensive Workshop, a flexible alternative to our in-person course—perfect for both continuing students and newcomers looking to boost their test performance ahead of the Fall 2026 SHSAT.
This online program follows the same curriculum as our in-person Summer Intensive, covering all SHSAT question types while reinforcing essential content and teaching strategies aligned with the new digital, computer-adaptive exam format. Instruction focuses on 7th grade ELA and math skills, test-specific pacing techniques, and digital navigation strategies, including practice with tech-enhanced items (TEIs).
Returning students will receive new practice materials, including a different prep book than those used in earlier courses, to ensure continued progress without unnecessary repetition. The course is designed to support both new students starting their SHSAT prep and those building on their Winter or Spring work.
This format is ideal for families looking to spread prep out across the summer rather than complete it in a single week. It also helps set the stage for continued preparation in the fall, whether through our Final Countdown course, the fall portion of the Comprehensive program, or private tutoring.
The Online Summer Intensive includes:
14 hours of live instruction over 7 weeks (via Zoom)
1 full-length, proctored digital mock exam with TEIs and a detailed score report
A comprehensive Summer Study Guide for ongoing independent review
Please Note:
The online and in-person Summer Intensive courses follow the same curriculum and materials. Students should enroll in only one version to avoid repetition. The online course meets weekly (via Zoom) on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:30pm for seven weeks.
